How to run in a brand new TRD LSD

I should get my brand spanking new TRD 2 way LSD for my ae86 in a few weeks time.. i would like to get a bit of background info on how to run them in... while im am sure they some with instructions im willing to put money down that i wont be able to read them!!!
So my questions are
-What oil do i use for the run in process and then afterwards
-How often do i change the oil to look after the center and ensure maximum life?
-Exactally HOW do i run it in? ive heard figure 8's for a while, ive also heard just bolt it in and drive it normally for 500 Kms (that being 500 kms of normal sedate driving.. not my normal driving )
-How long for? 500 kms?
These aint cheap.. and i wanna get everything right so i have a long life from the little bastard
