I was just wondering what the model number of a 22RE corona 5 speed gearbox was and if they are good for anything [Report message to a moderator]

I'm pretty sure they have a W58, ie Supra 5-speed. If not a W58 it will be a W55 or W57. [Report message to a moderator]

Arent some of them W55's and W58's?? These are good for something definately! hell if you dont want it ill have it haha.. Because they are from an R-series motor bellhousing should bolt up to another R-series should it? eg 18R? I think the ra65-22res came with w57/8 didt it? and maybe corona had a w55? Well my RA65 came with a W55 gearbox with it's 22RE. Don't know it that helps you to determine what is on yours though. From what I have seen on this forum, the W55 and W57 only differ in their gear ratios. [Report message to a moderator]
