YBS10W - Don't take this the wrong way, but you've been asking questions about Supras for the last 6 months on every forum known to man.

Do you actually intend to buy one, or just harass people?

The car is now sold.

One day, when you grow up, someone will do exactly the same thing to you, and it will annoy the absolute piss out of you. Maybe then you'll understand how I feel about your messages.

Stop wasting people's time. When you have money, then ask questions. Research is fine, but don't act like you're genuine when really you're just some dreamer bothering people.

Car is sold, discussion over.

Well done for finally selling it mate.
I wish it was mine. Unfortunately i had a family emergency and couldnt afford to buy a supra at this time. Definately wanted a car same to yours.

Hope the new owner enjoys it like he should!

7M-Brisbane, if you have nothing nice to say, don't say it.

It's a simple rule of etiquette that keeps crap off these forums. No one needs or wants to read the shit that resulted from your initial post.

Change your behaviour or you will eventually get banned.

Yes I do enjoy it. Very Happy Very Happy In fact, I love it. Beautiful car mate. Good to meet you as well. Let us know when you come down this way.

Car has a slight fuel leak somewhere (started when we were almost back to Sydney), but I am going to put it in for a major service, so they should fix that.

And dont you worry, it is going to get pampered. Already had two wash, polish and waxes. Smile

Most of the fuel system has been apart... probably my bad! Rolling Eyes

If it's at the back of the car, check the rubber lines going from the tank into the fuel filter. The metal line was cracked so I replaced it with a bit of rubber hose when I fitted the new fuel pump (did I tell you it has a 500hp fuel pump? won't have to worry about that for a while!).. but the metal hose is not barbed so that may be the part that has come apart.

If that's not the leak, it's probably worth checking anyway. You can get a hose flare kit for about $15-$20 from Supercheap/Autobarn/Repco...

Try this from a different perspective. You're selling your pride and joy. You're in an unfortunate situation where you have to sell the car, despite loving it to death, having spent a bucketload of money making everything ridgy didge, and not wanting to sell it - and having to get rid of it fast for a price that is easily less than half what you've spent on it. And wanker after wanker comes through, pretending to be interested but really just dreaming or wasting your time.

Via the Internet I have spoken to almost 30 people about the car, written in-depth messages, answered all their questions, and they were almost all losers. I've spent HOURS getting my hopes up, fielding ridiculous questions from people who don't even have ten bucks in their wallet.

Then, some kid, one of these time wasters - who by his own admission does not have the money - calls you a dick and refers to you wearing a skirt. I am neither a dick nor is my weekend-wear anyone's business but my own.

If you think that my telling him to 'fuck off' after a comment like that is unreasonable then you have a strange view of the world... if this is the case by all means please ban me or chalk up some black marks against my name.

Reread the progression of posts and tell me again if I'm out of line - Christ, on my first post to him I said "don't take this the wrong way..." so that he would not take offence.

I apologise if being human and arcing up at people who deserve it doesn't fit with your peachy little Moderator world, but it's an open forum and if someone pisses me off I'll say what I think.

I feel that I'm one of the 5% of people on these forums that actually knows shit from shovel (seriously... a guy wanting to put a G-series LSD into his T series Sprinter rear end?? A guy who reckons he has 170kW at the wheels from an essentially stock 20v??? Gimme a break), so again, ban me if you will... not my loss!

I'm not here to impress, I just tell it like it is.

Just want to say how fantastic it was to be able to be part of buying the car mate. An awesome deal and I reckon my brother almost feels guilty buying it off you Smile.

Has obviously been the pride and joy of someone who knows their Supras and I think Andrew was the lucky recipient of your expertise.

Look foward to seeing you around dude. Cheers.

Yeah, you could say that I did feel a little guilty. Sad

Have booked it in for next Wed. Just get the whole thing checked out. Not that I am expecting anything bad, just so everything is in perfect working order. After all, I dont want to be doing any damage to it without realising it. Smile

Yes I am one lucky bastard. Smile And yeah, we definitely have to meet up. My bro meets up with a few of his mates from here for a "celica cruise". We might have to organise something for the same night and just happen to have it in the same place. Evil or Very Mad Show them a real car. Very Happy
