conditionj is great, looks good, has been polished up a bit, unsure of condition as I haven't used it but was told it was right off an import so I am also unsure of km's
as for shaft play there is the slightest little bit, but nothing to be concerned with, has been checked over quickly by my mechanics

$200 is no where near enough....
these turbo's go for around the $350 mark.....
