Yes they are old and ugly. Only 5-6 people in Australia actually like them.
Someone on Classicrown was actually looking for a coupe. Are these coupes or sedans? I'd be interested in guards and a bootlid for a coupe.
They came with a W40 4 speed manual, or a 3 speed auto.

The shape has actually been growing on me lately Though I really dont have the time to restore a car at the moment. I really like the idea of the 2JZGE though!
I'll get back to you tomorrow when I check them out.

Don't junk them without making contact. I have been after a half good one for a while now.

gianttomato:
They are both MX13 sedans
davidn:
I only had a brief look at the bumpers today, looks like the usual carpark knocks, I can take digi pics if you like.
ddeane:
Neither car is what i'd call ideal for a project car, unless you feel like a fair bit of restoration work. They have both been stripped to some extent (interior parts removed, trim missing, etc etc)
There are some good panels (front guards, bonnet, boot, doors) but it would be difficult to get them interstate obviously.
One is 4 speed manual, the other is auto. Both 4M engines, one running, one unknown.
Interior bits are there, such as centre consoles etc. both dashes are cracked as you'd expect. Instument clusters are fine.
Please post up here if there's any specific parts you want, and i'll see what I can do.
Cheers
Phil

dave: both consoles (manual and automatic) look the same to me apart from one having a recess between the air vents & shifter , the other doesnt. I can take pics of both for you. You want the manual pedal box?
bassaholic: no idea on the handbrake cables.
