How much does a RA28 weigh?

Like the topic says ;p Im just wondering what a normal everyday RA28 weighs?
Anyone put one on a weigh bridge?

Mine was 1280 at the last weight.
This included
me approx 80-85 kg, (can't remember what I was wearing)
2/3 tank of fuel approx 15-20 kg
about 30-40 kg of sterio gear.
1G-GTE what ever that difference.
The dry weight should be around the 1100 kg mark

RA23's are about 1100kg, but from memory the RA28 is a bit heavier. Not much in it though.

Damn there heavy ;p Well nothing a big turbo and fat tyres cant remedy but damn ;p
Ive got my AE86 down to 910kg w/ the 4ac and think I should of saved a few kg with the 4age now... Im aiming for 900kg flat.
Oh and I wanst in the car at the time.

I wouldn't call 1100kg "fat", not by modern standards anyway! How many late-model FR cars are lighter than that?

I guess when you compare it against most new performance cars with aircon, sound damping cushy this and that it ain't too bad, but if you are looking at a real performance car, a 3S-GTE in a 800kg escort is going to wipe the floor against a 3S-GTE Celica.
Thats why nobody bothers racing them anymore.
Doesn't bother me though. My 28 looks great and goes well enough to scare a lot of people.

I baught mine pretty much as is, not with the current wheels.
Picked it up for 6k. needs a bit of work here and there and a bit of rust coming through. I still think it was a good price though.
