They are for the earlier models, but post-95 all TT models got large 4-piston calipers.

Earlier models both had the twin piston calipers, 298mm rotors.

Later model (post 95) turbos had the 4 piston calipers, 323mm rotors standard whilst the Atmo units had the 298mm rotors, twin piston calipers, the 4 piston/323mm rotors were an option on the Atmo models.
