Hey ozCraig... I'm under the impression that door handles from early model celica's are interchangable... I bought a set of ta22 handles for my ra28 and they are identical in everyway.
So instead of just asking for ra23 handles you might just be able to ask for early model celica handles... 
hope this makes your search for the handles a litle easier.
