Diffs can they be repaired ? !!

Can the diffs on say a Cressida GX60 or other models even be taken apart for repairs ??!!..my just converted 1G TT, rattles and vibrates under load..when the power comes on. Check and found an half inch freeplay. So looks like replacement is needed. Does anyone have ideas if the freeplay can be adjusted or are the rear gears shod. Also anyone knows of GX60 rear axles that come with discs ?? How much..?

Sounds like a pinion out of alignment. Yes it can probably be repaired, just take it to a diff shop!

I just picked up a Corona diff for $150, so I'd add 5o-100 to that. I guess of course.

Driveshaft? The shaft that goes between the gearbox and the diff. The uni joints might be worn or thing might be out of balance.

Driveshaft, Tailshaft or whatelse..  Well it's ok maybe needs balancing and the diff needs somekinda repair or adjustments.....will work out and see how it runs.
