W58 gearshifter positions

Apparently there are four different gear shifter positions for the W58 gearboxes! (I'm very VERY slowly doing an auto -> manual in my cressida and it would be nice to find out all this stuff before I go looking for a gearbox, mainly so I know which cars to steal from)
Positions
* A 18"
* B 19"
* C 20.5"
* D 21"
Anyone know which cars come with which? (RA65, MA61, MA70)

Not sure which one comes in which cars.. BUT
i needed the 19" one for my sprinter conversion... apparently its the hardest to find (although that came from dellows).
Since he said it would fit I hasselled him until he gave me a cast plate and slider (which is all you need to change it around).
Dellows prolly sell these now.

I'm guessing the MA61 and RA6X ones are the 19", because I swear there are others that are further forward, and I know two that are further back.
20.5" is from an MA71 I'm assuming because thats roughly what my 1GGTEU W58 came with.
