With PICS - aftermarket Performance Exhaust - suit celica/ supra *a6* seies Sun, 17 August 2003 10:35 Go to next message
I've got a 2.25" exhaust system complete to engine manifold off a ma61. Has a 3" stainless dump pipe at end. One single muffler. Sounds rather nice on 5me/5mge. Its crushbent, but the quality of the bends it mas as well be mandrel bent! Cost me $400 about 12 months ago..has been sitting in the garage roof for the last 9 of those months.
Asking $120 ono

free bump.

someone take this. it's a bargain.
i had extractors and 2.25" exhaust fitted to my supra (5me) and i must have got atleast 20% more power from the car. it made so much difference.

i'm now keeping up with VR commodores. and thats the only mod i've done.

As I said earlier, I'd happily take this off your hands for that price (+shipping), but I don't think freight from Queensland to Tas for a one-piece exhaust would be feasable.

Any idea how much it might be?

BTW Supraboy.. what brand extractors were they, and approx how much?

Hey stefan do you need the original ma61 a/c fan and bracket? I have one here i replaced with a 12" if you want the original one...$40 with bracket. Postage extra.

I will get some photos of the exhaust this week. As i mentioned its done stuff all work...wilbo666 has seen it, but ill take the photos for you.

Ok i also have

Original ma61 bracket and a/c fan. $40
Original ma61 radiator Shroud $30

I have photos of the ma61 a/c fan and i also took photos of the exhaust system today, i will post them this week sometime when i get the film deveoloped.

Ok i also have a ma61 radiator, has been cleaned out some stage recently.
Also a bracket i made which houses a 10 and 14" thermo fans which flushmount to the radiator, so no shroud needed! Good for anyone wanting to get rid of the clutch fan.

Only selling because of going to larger radiator, and hence the bracket wont fit as i made it for the ma61 radiator!

i did mean the fans dont come with the bracket though....

The factory bracket comes with the 8" toyota fan.

The 14' was a mitsubishi fan, and the 10" was off a nissan pulsar.. (one 10" kept the car cool!) so nothing abnormal sizing. I am definetly keeping the 14", but providing i get a good enough offer i may sell the 10". I can get pics this week..will put it on the same roll of film as the exhaust!
Stefan - Measure how wide your ra65 rad is...mine ma61's is 660wide, about 410 high.
The first bracket i talked about up the page was the original ma61 a/c fan and bracket. I replaced it with a 12" davies craig which i made a bracket for also Razz

Ok i have managed to find myself a new cooling system. So my old bracket and fan setup is for sale. It includes a bracket that bolts EXACTLY up to an ma61 radiator. It includes a 14" and 10" fans, which would cool most if not any performance motors/ 5mes. I can get pics, but itll be a while. Wilbo666 has seen it, and was rather impressed also. I am open to prices, but ill make a clear point that it is not in need of a shroud, it bolts flush with the radiator, so works as efficient as any fans with a shroud
