If you're asking if it will bolt straight in, no.

what engine does the hilux have now?
18R? 21R? 22R?
the 2T-G is a 1600cc engine, while it is a great engine, a better choice for your already R series hilux is an R engine, for ease of fitment and extra capacity.
the 18R-G is the 2 litre equivalent of the 2T-G, this would fit easier into your hilux.

Not worth it IMO. A 2T-G is a nice engine but likes revs and doesn't have a lot of torque, which makes them more suited for small cars. It doesn't seem like the sort of thing you'd want in a Hilux.

your standard one will bolt straight up, 18R and 18RG use the same blocks, but different heads.

If you want a 5-speed you can either use a Celica steel-case box (W50) or an alloy-case box (W55/57). The former can be found in RA23/28/40 Celicas, and the latter in RA60/65 Celicas. Note that they're both floor-shift boxes, so if your Hilux has column shift you'll have to convert.
The best place to pick up an 18R-G is the trading post, or just keep an eye on the for sale section of this forum. It's not worth converting your existing engine to an 18R-G because there are lots of differences apart from the cylinder head itself.

Or if you want to keep the column shift, you could use a G52.

Hmmm, I wonder if I could retro-fit a G52 into my Supra? I reckon a column shift 2JZ would be a hoot!
