um, it would prob cost around the 100 bux mark to buy all the bushes. my one's where pretty worn out. when i was on the freeway cruising and then hit the gas suddenly i could feel the arse end wiggle a little bit. was kinda uneasy when driving it. so i've changed them all and it's a lot stiffer in the rear,
i think i'm gonna give the front one's a go myself too. shouldn't be that much different should it??

i did a bit of ringing around the first time, they will all be pretty much the same price. whiteline would be able to help. also allsprings in liverpool can get them in, jim hunter suspension in lidcombe also. i just got quoted around $100 for all the fronts also.

i would recommend replacing all the front bushes with rubber except the castor rod bushes and sway bar bushes.
same as rear end.. they should all be solid rubber.

i've put urethane on the rear...
why do you say rubber? would be much harder to press rubber ones back in compared to urethane ones i think

I have used all Urethane bushes in mine and the car is much better off than with the old bushes. I know why Urethane is a better option but I would love to know why new rubber would be that good?

In some situations, urethane can be too stiff which causes binding in some situation. I've only heard of this happening in the rear suspension though (trailing arm live axle), I can't see it happening in the front?
