just wondering what the full cost of the conversion would cost approx including brakes and all the other neccesaries
i dont have anywhere to put the engine in myself and want to know how much a workshop would charge. i would love to try and do it myself but i dont really have the know how.
any help would be appreciated. cheers

whatever they think you can pay 
seriously tho, i imagine it would be around the $6k+ mark. i've heard of up to $10k tho... why not call some workshops and ask them for a quote? easiest way to get a firm figure...

The cost for me was
* Original rwd bigport motor + loom $1800 (ouch)
* Rebuild $1100
* Mechanic to install $2500, includes vn pump and baffles welded in tank, new h/duty clutch + flywheel ground, all oils and fluids, new fuel lines and filter, air filter and full stainless exhaust.
General repairs, running costs + touch ups $500
All up $5900.
Wouldve been cheaper using cheaper motor and parts and not having the rebuild, but at least i now it shouldnt brake.
