I have a 5me that i would like to put the twin turbo setup of the 2.5ltr soarer. Does any one know how i can set them up

You can put any turbo on any engine, it's just a matter of getting a custom manifold fabricated. Of course there's a lot more to building a turbo motor than just slapping a turbo or two on the side, but in theory it can be done if you really want to.
I hope you enjoy changing headgaskets!

um, no 
and neither does federal mogul, or fel pro or anyone decent for that matter.
so options left are ridgecrest copper h/g with o-ring block deck and head deck, or custom composite head gasket with independant steel firerings...

i think what they are trying to say is that you're going to have endless trouble with turboing the 5me. it will probably end up costing you more than a suped up 7mgte/ 1jzgte. To put it straight the 5me wasnt built to be turboed.
If you REALLY want to do it speake to Gianttomato on here, as i think he has a mate/s who have done it, with single turbos though.

Pretty well don't bother wasting your time on a 5M-E, if you really have you heart set on it the best way would prbly be along the lines of
M-TEU turbo manifold (graft 1jz turbo onto it, read only one trubo  )
M-TEU sump (oil pickups for the turbo) / Mod your sump
M-TEU dizzy (retards to something like 40 deg when on boost)
Rising Rate Fuel pressure regulator
LOW boost say 5-7psi
Stuff 5M-E anyway
Get a 7M-GTE

sell the turbos you were given...i know its not the saint thing to do...and put the money towards a 7mgte or 1jzgte. Someone on here may well be looking for some

damn, forgot about the ignition as well...
5me has been seen to run enough retard to run LOW boost, but youre on your own buggering the fuel system.
and most M sumps do have provision for an oil cooler return, so you could dodgy somthing into that line. but youve still got to get oil and water FROM somewhere... not that hard, but add it to the list.

I forbid it. It's a massive job. I did it using an MTEU as a donor engine, and when I began, 7M's were very costly and the 1J wasn't available yet. In the end to get it stonking I had ploughed enough cash in to do a 2JZ conversion! I know it's not what you want to hear, but as has been mentioned before, save your cash for a 1J.
The 5ME is fine-apart from trying to get the head to seal up at anything over about 12psi. In addition, trying to get the stock EFI system to cope would not be a nice operation at all.
