I have the Twin turbo setup minus the manafolds and is it possible to use the twin su type carbys of a M-B motor and run the carbys through the turbos and then into the 5me without the EFI

Where do we start?

1. M-B manifold will not bolt up to a 5ME head.
2. I'm not sure whether you want to setup a suck thru or blow thru system.

If you are going to turbocharge your 5ME, I would run the EFI and a lot of MTEU bits (see your other post). I'll echo the sentiments of the others in the other thread - you will end up much better off if you spend the money you are about to drop on the 5M into a 7MGTE/JZ series motor.

Cheers Dave.

Whats better the suck thru or blow thru system.

I also was intending on using the 4m head and timing cover.

Do u know any one with the manifolds for the turbos

You will have to make an exhaust manifold to make those turbos fit on the 5M. I would run the 5M EFI and you will need to do some clever business to get it to adequately fuel up on boost. You will need to modify the dizzy to run boost retard rather than vacuum advance.

Seriously, for the money, there are better options.
