Throw it out and get a real engine. 
Seriously, the 21R isn't designed to be a performance engine, and any money you spend on it is basically money down the drain. They're rock solid reliable, but not fast. Accept it and save up for a decent replacement.

Hi there,
How did you get on with the wiring info, im in the same boat as you were. I am converting a 1996 crow majesta 1uzfe in a ht holden and req a wiring diag for a "89661-3a080" ecu. The ecm has 4 plugs,34 22 16 and 28 pins. Any help would be greatly appreciated............. Thanks, kris allan

Yeah, I have already emailed kdog and he gave me some great advice but unable to get me a diag. I have the ecm diag for a 96 lexus but this is a little different ....

OK people.
For the crown majesta engine with 34 22 16 and 28 pin conections try using the UCF20 LS400/Celsior wiring diagrams. The pinout matches and the older Majesta used the SC400/soarer wiring so its likely that the newer majesta may use the newer ls400 wiring.
Hope this helps people.
Any other info and i'll try and work it out.

Hi kdog, in reguards to the 1996 ls400 wiring diagram, are you able to get your hands on one or are lexus dealers fairly forthcoming in giving this info out??? any help greatly appreciated, Kris Allan
