After converting my Cressida GX60 with the 1G-GTE, i was wondering would i need to change the Rear Final Drive to match the power delivery ??

I've no idea what the Ratio's are for both types.

Nah. Should be right. I'm assumimg it'll be either 3.7, 3.9 or 4.11, and any of those will be fine. As long as you have overdrive it'll be right on the money for cruising. (4th gear in an auto, 5th in a manual)
