3SGTE - TA22 Manifolds ???

Could anyone point me in the direction of a companies in ANY capital city that they would recommend to manufacture inlet/exhaust manifolds for my 3SGTE-TA22 conversion.
I would preferably be looking for someone with sound knowledge of plenum design/size and would love to deal with a company familiar with this conversion i.e. Done it before !!

Gday mate, i am not a company but i am doing a 3sgte into a sprinter.
i have made a few intake manifolds and a few exhaust manifolds for my engine but seeing as my car is a little way off yet i have sold them to other people doing the same conversion.
i havent been doing it to make money, merely a hobby to help fellow toymodders out. can only do manifolds for the 3s so please no other requests (unless you live in perth, then i might be able to help you out)
have never flowtested any of the manifolds but the exhaust manifold design is SO close to tuned length its not funny.
I use 1 1/4 inch steam pipe bends in mild steel or stainless
Both intake + exhaust manifolds are fully tig welded. (intake includes bell-mouthing of the runners and just over 4L in capacity.
like i said im not here to make money and i can not do manifolds for heaps of people cause i dont have the time.

I know some people that can do this - their prices vary though, and that price varies in direct proportion to the amount of development time.

Gabe, post up some pics mate! Really interested in the design of your intake manifold in particular but any of the exhaust man pics would be good too. Are you putting CT26 or Garrett flanges on the ones you've done?

I will post some pictures up asap (probably over the weekend)
the ones ive done had CT26 flanges on them but thats not a problem if something else is required

Gabe,
You sound like you know what you're doing and I would be interested if you could do mine. I'm far from rich but i would be dissapointed if you didn't make at least a few dollars from the job.
Could you give me a price for both manifolds and also some indication of how long it would take to complete the job ??
I understand your position so please don't feel I'm being pushy. You would know first hand that construction a car becomes a matter of timing, priorities and "what can i afford to do next?".
I am just trying to plan ahead a bit i.e. Coil over struts or manifolds this month ??

I will e-mail you some pictures next week and we can discuss finer details ie.price,time and exactly how you want the manifolds made, but for now is there anyone who can host a couple of pics for me so I can put them up here??
