Hey i need to know where i can get some steam pipe bends for exhaust mani and also stainless steel bends for intercooler piping. In NSW.

Specpipe in Blacktown. Specialty pipe workers, they have all variety of angles and specials and can mandrel bend plus orbital weld (totally seamless)

clubagreenie - i like the sounds of that place in blacktown...
can they bend pipe to spec?
any idea what their pricing is like?
just wonderig if they are an alternative to hand making my extractors with individual bends...

I've had them mandrel bend aluminium for me before they are very good. Person to speak to is Brain Sabadusi (checkspelling). With their weld quality it doesn't matter if it's induvidual pieces as some pieces I've seen come out totally seamless, no lip inside or out, just a blueing where the weld was done. Orbital welding is good. They are just off Sunnyholt Rd, western side, around the ice rink. Give me a call 0414369885. BTW do you still need a vac gauge?

yeah, ill give you a call (i still havent managed to call you from last time have i?...  )
and, yeah, still after a vac gauge.
i have plans of making plastic-tube equivalents of the exhaust header piping... im hoping i can just take these 6 bits of formed plastic, and have someone copy them in metal ...relatively cheaply...
