Can you change the heads from an 18rg to an 18rc?
and how hard would it be??
Is it worth doing money/power gain?

Yes, you can. No, it's not worth it. You can't just swap the head, you also have to swap the pistons, dummy shaft, and a bunch of other stuff I can't remember right now. It's a PITA, and since complete 18R-G's aren't really expensive, it's just not worth the pain.
Swap the whole engine, it's so much easier!
