Well im going to start my conversion pretty soon, could someone help me out and tell me a website or list the parts that i will nedd to do a 100kw 4age conversion to my sprinter! I went down to EKW 2day to get a price on a 100kw 4age, and he said that it $880 for just the engine  and $2200 for engine,computer and loom  . This was higher than i was expecting, as on 4agze.com it listed the price of a 100kw 4age at EKW being $695.00. Could anyone suggest a place where i could get a 100kw 4age without getting ripped off? thanx

shop around... there are plenty of 100kW 4age's around the place! That price is fairy steep, as you can almost get a 4agze front cut for that much ($2200). I would be tempted to go in there in person and talk money, rather than over the phone.
As for what you need, its been covered a couple of times...
# cut n shut intake
# water pipes changed to suit rwd
# high pressure fuel pumps etc
# RWD exhaust headers/extractors
For another option, perhaps you should have a look at a motor that someone on these forums is selling - it is what appears to be the JDM 96kW TVIS 4age, for $550. Check for sale forums.

I actually did go down in person to EKW and asked them for a price but they must have heard the MTX thumping in the boot and seen the p plates up! and must have taken me for a stupid kid that they could shaft.

visit as many jap wreckers as possible... esp import ones, they tend to have heaps of "exchange" engines relatively cheap.

Get a High performance Imports mag, or Zoom, or something similar and ring every wrecker who advertises. And search the net, and look round here, in time everything turns up for sale here.
