This is largely irrelevant, but I thought I'd mention it anyway I'm changing thee stud pattern on my Sprinter from 4x114 to 5x114. I dropped off my axles at my favourite diff place last Monday, picked them up on Friday, and they'd done a lovely job. That was until I got them home, and discovered some poor bugger had drilled a 5x120 not a 5x114.3... They're not gonna be happy to see me back again!

cant use spacers without changing your offset
you can try sourcing hubs off a different vehicle, but good luck - me thinks youd be on your own with that one

I'm curious to know why?
Is it because of wheels, brakes, ...?
BTW my car has same 5/100 pattern, & the wheels I've got now wouldn't clear my original single piston brakes, but did clear the twin piston ST185 ones due to the different caliper design.

K dudes,
Did some enquiring today at my local wrecker and a good mechanic.
You need the hubs/rotors off a wide body V6 camry they are 5 x 114.3 and fit quite nicely so I'm told.
Now I wait for the "Hi mate, it's going to be a little harder than I thought" phone call from the mechanic!!
keep you posted.

Ok then, coming from my angle (I need to change a set of cortina Hubs from 4x108 to 4x114.3). A stud pattern change is as simple as this.
Press out the original studs and weld up the original holes. Then take the freshly blanked hubs to a machine shop or anyone with a precision drill press and have them drilled to my desired PCD. Then re-press wheel studs and smile.
