I have the remove adjust on my exgf mini and it sucks removing two fuel tanks to change the rebound. They basically state that the remove adjust shocks are set and forget and they are only adjusted to account for wear so that they last longer between rebuilds. Very good shocks though but i would go for external adjustable next time in possible.

the ones im getting are the dial adjustable tyle - no need to unbolt anything
looking at 650 odd for the two rears - and about 450 odd for the fronts ..
Expensive but ive heard good things about them and they last , or seem to last alot longer than the normal gas type

Have you tried Toperformance in Nunawading? They are the Koni distributors.

Some of these prices floating around are good! I was looking for a set of GT4 front koni yellow inserts and have been getting quotes more around $600 the pair.

I run Koni yellows with king springs in my AE92 Corolla SX. Have run them at 2 PIARC Sprints and they are excellent. Good adjustability for the track.
Also use the car everyday and they are comfortable for normal driving. Especially since I now use an aftermarket raceseat.
I would recommend Toperformance in Vermont, very helpful and they look after most of the raceteams that run Koni's.

Does anyone have contact details for Toperformance ? I looked them up in Yellow pages but the number is wrong! Guy who answered said they changed it ages ago.
(03) 9873 1722 is whats in yellow pages.

Slight thread hijack... when I get my non-externally-adjustable koni red strut inserts (from a late A2)... what setting should I put them on the begin with, given that I have no desire to take the struts out AGAIN just to adjust them?
Ra65 w/ lowered King Springs all round (~200lb, fronts are progs). Late a2 strut inserts are compatable, but are a slightly shorter stroke, which should go well with the 30mm RCA blocks when I eventually get them.
(Even the yellows designed for A6s are ext adjustable)
