What brand pads?,
These are the same as RA28 brakes aren't they?
If so then you probably have a sale, what is the weight so I can price postage.
Australia post will take them I think if you are happy to bag them seperately and take them to your local post office.

Bendix Metal kings ultimates, they work well!
Not sure, but most likely the same.. very common hub and bolt pattern sizes in that era
I use Budfreight (www.busfreight.com.au) they are the best and cheapest!
