LOL that's dodgy as! Apart from the obvious risk of damage from steep driveways and flying rocks, that intercooler will get bugger-all airflow. Getting proper airflow to an intercooler makes all the difference.

You're better off not having an intercooler. All you're doing is lengthening the pathway the air has to take before going into the engine. That position will give you no cooling at all.

Thsi is the temporary setup. But what if i added a scoop at the bottom for the IC..???

if u manage to make a scoop and get air thru the intercooler as it is, then where is the air going to go when it exits?
front mount it, top mount it, or get rid of it...

even if tyou managed to get a scoop under that to direct air up, the scoop would crunch on everything the road has to offer.
definitly front mount it
