If I were my car, I'd have:
2 broken arms
my right foot ripped off
my left leg broken
the left side of my pelvis shattered
and a perfectly working heart of an olympic athlete, and a brain with an IQ of 120

I'd be waiting desperatly for a heart transplant.
The soles on my feet would be throughaly worn, and i'd have some scars that need a bit of plastic surgury

I'd be patiently waiting a new heart, a new waste disposal system, new shoes. I'd also be worried that my clogs are too high and want to get lower to the ground, and I'd be waiting for the docter to put a personal alarm on me so some mongrel on the street didn't drug me and I wake up in some icy water with my new organs stolen.

I would be sick as a dog going around dribbleing shit everywhere, I would have huge feet with scratches all over them but once I started walking, I would have trouble stopping, I will have my legs shortened soon and my insides would be a very ugly brown colour. I would waer those big dark glasses and everytime I turned my voice up, I would rattle. My bumhole would be very tight and looking towards twin shoots.
