I am trying to find out what the market is like for Corolla SX hatch in melbourne,

Hmmm...
Thats a sweet as car,
Only problem is, the Kms are pretty high, and the car would probably need a replacement engine,
Its a sweet car, very nice indeed.
But for $5500 ish with 245,000 kms its a tad bit too much,
One guy was selling a Corolla SX red hatch with 15"s and it had 212,000 kms and he was asking around $5,500
How much would it cost to get this car running a lot better?
any suggestions!

The thing is, The engine is getting very high in kms, and would have to get a rebuild.
How neg is ur brother??
Whats a fair price for the vehicle PPL on Toymods???

Not disputing the kms and the need for the rebuild but if you just want a car to drive it would be fine. Price is negotiable how negotiable I am not sure, make an offer and I will let him know.

For the extra non standard things such as the wheels that come with this car, it sounds like an alright price. Has the red faded at all?
Just looking at the kms isn't very reliable. You might find an SX with 100,000kms that has never been serviced and is sitting in traffic ideling for a couple of hours each day and then you might find and sx with 250,000kms that is only ever driven on open roads with no traffic lights and has been throughly looked after by the owner. This is an extreme example I know but it's something to think about.

For what He is including it is quite a good price,
with alarm ect...
How much would u take off the price if i was to get it without the radio and speakers ect...
Would ya sell it without rims??
I would probably go 14" SX stock rims coz they are cheaper to buy tyres for em.
Whats ur view Bass_injected, what does your bro reckon he is negotiable to!

Bass injected doesn't look like he will reply,
Does anyone else have a SX hatch? White or Red in melbourne??
I would be looking for kms between about 180-230ish.
After a really nice condition one, just one thats been taken care of, and hasn't been trashed. Any mods are just a bonus.
I am in Melbourne by the way!
