yeh as the topic says, GET shock absorbers, got a pair with my ae92 trueno half cut, says on them for street and circut use only, they are red in colour and on top they have numbers, 1 2 3 4 and a little bit u can turn in the middle, like with a really small flat screw driver.
Are these any good? and are they adjustable?

alright smart arse's
when u then the adjustment on top, its easy to turn and hard to beleive it would do anything, like you turn a 1/4 360 and thats suppose to be ab different setting? i dont think so, i could be wrong but its just to easy to adjust to make any difference

with koni's u have to turn them up to 20 times!
keep winding it in and out and see if it makes a different.. different shocks are adjusted in different ways.
that said.. if they dont do anything at all maybe they are FKED!

fwiw: my ohlins and fox shoxs (not car shocks btw) had a whole 270 or perhaps 360 degress of adustment from zero to locked. shock valaving isnt a particulalry complex thing, all youre doing is winding a pin into the port of a bleed hole.
dont be too quick to think 2 turns is a stupidly small amount, and wont do anything.
cheers

so in a really small turn, it could be doing alot of adjusting?
how do i know if they are both set the same tho? cos you can just keep turning the screw adjustment on top and it doesnt like stop at either end..
