Nick ya girl. Your avatar is 100x133 which is taller than the 140x100 avatars that we allow.
If you resize it and resubmit, I'll approve it.
Otherwise, you'll have to wait for Sam to fix up the resizing utility built into the forums...

Also non-animating. My normal forum avatar was rejected cause it animates. But its so cool!
