just wondering if anyone has done or knows of someone who has put the s/c off a 4a onto a 3s and if so how could i get in contact with this person as to troubles he may have run into
so at the moment this is a kind of learning curve for me, and at the moment the block is in being cleaned up and a set of forgeies stuck in it and the head is in having some work done to it aswell, but at the moment its taking a while so i think this is is going to be a slow project , so if anyone has info that may help the planning process please feel free to share

Can I ask why do you want to supercharge it??
Is it a 'to be different thing'??
I've never heard of anyone who has done this conversion, maybe there is a good reason as to why its not a common conversion.
Why do people pull the superchargers of their zed ees and put a turbo on them??
I also think if you wanted to stick with Toyota, then a supercharger off a 1g-gze would be a better bet because its bigger. (and it came off a 2 litre engine in the first place)

Youll want to use the 1GGZE supercharged (SC14) instead of the 4AGZE supercharger (SC12).
The SC12 wont flow enough to be of much advantage to a 3SGE.

I guess you'd use the 3S-GTE as your base, then take off the turbo related gear, somehow attach the SC14 supercharger and spend plenty of time working out the kinks!
Would be a nice engine in the end, if you could pull it off.

yeah somthing like that i would imagine , and at the moment im just using a spare 3sge i had lying around as the base to mount everything to and get it running then at a later date yeah i guess i would have to get a gte to handle the extra go , and hopefully it will be a nice piece of gear at the end of it all
and thanks for all your info thus this far
