KE20 shell

1973 KE20 rolling shell, the shell is in ideal condition for a build up (which is why I got it) the only rust in the shell is a tiny patch (size of 20 cent piece) in the tyre well. No major dents, not even trolley or door dents (I went over the shell and marked the dents, only finding 3 or 4 on the body) all which are very minor ones i.e., very hard to notice and easily removed. The car was an auto and looked like it had an easy life (was all standard).
For $50 someone can have the shell (as described above), front guards (which have the typical rust spots at the bottom of the guards behind the wheel), a passesnger door (with rust showing across the bottom). Some other parts may be able to be negotiated if someone needs them, but ideally this would want to got to someone who wants to do a bare shell build-up on a good condition shell.
I will try and put up pics when I get time and if there is interest.
The car is in Canberra.
Cheers,
Shane.
Someone should get it and make it neat and fast!! Its too good nick to go to the wreckers.

It has windows (still fitted) and both doors (still fitted at the moment). However I have someone who wants the drivers door. The bonnet may be negotiated, I was going to the bonnet as a spare for my KE25. I think the 73 and 74 models are the same, but there was a variations on the KE20 before this one, they had slightly different rear lights and the front side indicators were in a different posisition, and a few other cosmetic differences.
Cheers
Shane

As you say the earlier ke20's up to mid to late '72 models have different tail lights and minor cosmetic changes. Very late '72 to late '74 corollas are the same and then they were ke 30.
I would be deffinatly interested in your 20 if you were in Vic.
Cheers Tim...

Hey, i'm not the guy selling the shell, youve emailed the wrong guy. But i sent a ke11 to canberra 2-3 weeks ago and i think it was $400-$500 bucks pretty steep so unless you can find cheap transport it wouldnt be worth it. I am in melbourne. cheers.
