Just finished putting a 4AGE in a CS AE92. The problem is it idles up around 4000rpm and only gets higher when throttle is opened, (the butterfly is fully closed at idle.) Any help would be great. Charlie [Report message to a moderator]

Idles at 4000 with the throttle fully closed?! sounds like a vacuum leak to me. have you checked all the vac hoses? [Report message to a moderator]

Thanks for the quick reply. All the Vac lines that i can find have either been pluged or connected to there homes. Its using the factory computer. Ive just been working with the parts i was given, after your posts ive had a good look through the service book and I believe im missing the ACV, could this create the problem? if so are they inter-changable between models eg can i just pick any-one up and wack it on?
