I had a ride in a gtst with front mount and running 9 pd boost..
all i have to say is that it is quite slow .. 
my sillyca would spank it fcking siiilllly..i think rexies generally would be quicker than skylines..
so.... go the boys with the 1G-GTE's in this club !! (and 1jz-gtes !!!)

One of my mates used to have a R33 GTS-T before he liked bikes...
He was running bigger turbo, front mount, rediculous PSI and spent a lot of cash on the motor...
The thing flew and beat WRX's every time...

Les, some cars with big fat torque curves actually feel low when they're actually fast! Especially when you're used to such a peaky engine like the 1G. You really feel a 1G accelerate. It's like a slap in the back.
But I've been in some cars that have felt slow until I looked at the speedo...
Having said that, I kept with an R33 GTS-25T even with my engine pinging its tits off....

Nark's right, some fast cars feel slow. When I was at the Toyota Nationals I went for a spin in Justen Simpson's GT4, and I was really disappointed at how slow it felt... until I looked across at the speedo and realised we had somehow accelerated to warp factor 9.  My Supra feels heaps faster, but when I lined up against Justen we were pretty much neck-and-neck. It's all about power delivery.
