Sleepy SV11

Ok guys, the time has finally come to make the SV11 Camry into a sleeper!
The plan so far is to put in a 3S-GE, get the suspension replaced with something a bit better, spend the $550 or so on fixing some of the steering components... and probably tidy up the body.
Just so I can get a rough idea, how much would the average suspension job cost? And how much would 15" rims cost? While i'm at it, how much does a paint job cost?
Now, from what I can tell through extensive research, the 2S-E and 3S-GE mounting points are the same (especially since two of them are on the gearbox). The 3S-GE I'm getting includes the ecu, loom, exhaust to the secondaries, air box etc etc.
Any help will be much appreciated! Might be one of the rare SV11 sleepers in Adelaide
Thanks!

YEAH, GO THE SV11
i have an SV11 camry and i looked into doing a 3SGTE swap, but according to many people here on Toymods, the swap to a 3SGxx is not as easy as you'd thing (front maount quite different) however it has been done. i abandoned the idea on the grounds that i should spend money on making my TA22 better, that and the SV11 is just a daily driver. instead i slammed 2 12's in the boot and continue to drive the pants off it - GO the 2SE...
if you ever decide to persue the 3SGxx let me know how you go...
