Head, cams, valves, springs, shims and buckets, rocker cover, throttle body, plenum and inlet manifold, fuel rail and injectors, and timing chain guide. Will have to check to see if the cam gears are ther, can't remember?! $250

Yep, with these days of truckies undercutting everyone else, freight costs are quite cheap to the east(lots of backload specials too from Perth), yet people over there still can't be bothered to spend a dollar on phone calls to get a price??? Personally I love Watson's Express Transport here in Perth, and they deliver everywhere (I've shipped goodies from Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne with theses guys - $80 for 4 wheels and tyres!)!!!
