Most Celica's have 3.9:1 or 4.1:1 T series diffs.

Probably manual, most cars with auto's have the higher of the ratios. eg. MA61 manual 3.9 auto 4.1

I have a 3.7 in the shed at home, it came from a RA40 diff, but I have been told that only T18's had that ratio.

Only some of the T-18's had the 3.7. Its the only T series that I know of to have that ratio.

What I realy want (and I suspect others), is a T series 4.3:1 ring gear and pinion set. 4.3:1 was a factory option for TA22/ TE27/ TE37/ AE86 etc. I don't think a Australian car had 4.3:1, most are 4.1:1.
Anyone know where I can get a 4.3:1 gearset? It will be to fit my RA23 diff.
Also, anyone know of a place to buy a full spool for T series? I have seen a picture once, they use them for that small Aussie car series. Got a welded diff right now, but I think the axles are getting eaten or something.

What about running some lower aspect tyres to get the same result.Easier than finding and changing a diff i think.
Just a thought.

Well Seeing as I brought home an F series diff on the weekend, I probably won't need too many more T series gear sets.
