 Bits from a TA23 onto a TA22

Hey All
I may be buying a TA22 and was wondering if my Exhaust and suspension from my TA23 will fit onto the 22??? They both have the 2T Engine so i know the headers will bolt onto the engine.
Any help would be great thanks.

Oh and by the way, can anyone direct me to a pic on the net of what "Sigma Turbo" 15" Mags look like? 
I know its not a Toyota but..

Exhaust: yes, although it may need to be lengthened slightly as the TA23 has a longer wheelbase.
Suspension: yes and no. Which components were you wanting to swap?

Rear springs should fit, but fronts I'm pretty sure are different (although may still fit). Swaybar is probably different since the front track on a TA23 is a bit wider.
