is it poss to get a soarer for 15k or under? it will be auto no doubt but maby one with a few k's more than most, they all seem to be really low k models which is prob a reason they cost more.
if so could someone give me some names of import yards that do in NSW as i will be looking to purchase one soon, but will need finance so it has to be from a yard.
what are they like to drive? will be test driving soon but would like some ither opinions. what sort of boost will they take with just an exhaust? then how much with a decent cooler?
what pwr levls will i be looking at with these mods in the auto form. been told should chew up monaro's, this true?

i see jzz30 soarers for $15k or less quite reguarly in the qld trading post.
with a 3" exhaust you will problem be making about 13-14psi, judging by my mates stock one that runs 12psi? THey drive great, really smooth and you can drive offboost easily.
I don't know anyone that has a soarer with exhaust and intercooler upgrade but my guess would be about 185rwkwish judging by others results at dyno day. But then again, all dynos are different.
I don't know what model monaro you are talking about, but my mate's bog stock soarer except air filter and 'mufflers' (stock exhaust, BLOODY IDIOT!) can beat r33 gts'ts and they are supposed to beat cv8 monaros. They are only supposed to do 15flat to low 15's which is basically the same as a jzz30 from 12 years ago!
