I'm assuming this is your 3TGTE? (thanks for all the info ) which exhaust manifold? Are you still using the factory oil return hole in the block (in the middle of the engine mount)??
Do a search. I've covered this topic in detail at least twice. Or email ivn_RA65 (you can search for him too, in the members list) as he has done it recently.
Seriously mate, if you want help with something, dont ask such an ambiguous question. People dont want to have to guess what you're thinking, at least give all the information that you can on the situation

dude i know this...
but the one prob is that with the 3tgte in the ae86 room is a issue , and the stock oil return and the lot have been cut but the oil return has been cut b4 it bents and its still hitting / in the way of the engine mounts...
so do i just go teflon?
or custom engine mount?
or .....
