just as a short-term thing before the big 1G-GTE conversion, how beneficial are extractors on a 21R-C or 2S-C?? how much more power will they give me?? anything else cheapish worth doing??

if it's just "short term" I'd be saving all that money, and not spending a single cent on the current engine.
for the cost of that set of excrators, you can get yourself a boost controller
