yeah pretty much any decent parts shop should have an adapter plate. I know autobarn does.

hey thanks for all your help fellas! That's awesome.. I got a Nissan AFM adaptor off my mate who had the filter, and turns out it had little marks where I needed to drill to make it fit the Toyota AFM! Hello Bosh drill, hello POD, hello AFM, hello sucky sucky noise!
Sweeet! So I have it in now.
BTW, CAI + Panel (enclosed box) is definitely FASTER than POD with a kinda CAI system. (not sealed)
