What is the bore and stroke on the 7MGTE? and the conrod length ?

i can measure a conrod for you tonight if youd like.
something in my head tells me max (desirable) piston velocity on the 7m is around 680rpm

It'd be here for a short time, not a long time, that's for sure as shit 
84mm is a safe number, 83.5mm is probably a better number to go off though for retaining bore spacing thickness.

I was looking into 7m pistons into the L28 for a mate.
But the bore and stroke is differnt.
