Heya kiddos,
thought someone might appreciate this
particularly the twin TB, and the home made external wastegate using a chev intake valve and valve spring...
some food for thought for the turbo guys....
if you want more details, contact the guy thru the megasquirt yahoo list

Subject: Homemade parts

Iīm building my own CSB EFI intake from a carb. intake and has started to
make the injector bossīs and have finished the plenum + throttle bodies.
Hopefully I can try the MegaSquirt before the upcoming winter.

I asked a guy to make me two wastegates and a blowoff valve.

I thought you might be interested.
The WG:s are using a common csb head valve-spring as a spring, a big intake
valve from a smallblock head some stainless steel piping and flare
material. Everything is then TIG welded and smoothed in a lathe. The intake
valve has been threaded on the tip side.

I donīt want to pollute the MS list anymore than this, so if youīve got any
questions please email me directly. I thought someone on this list might
find this interesting.
