trouble removing 7m turbo oil pipe.

The nuts on the bottom of the pipe weren't tight enough and the gasget blew. I've got new gasgets for the top and bottom but can't get the nut at the top closest to the engine off. does anyone have any tips on how to get to the damn thing?

Yea thanks I finally got the thing off. then it took me ages to get the pipe out because my remote filter hoses were in the way, and now I have to try and scrape off the bottom gasget.
