Should be the same as an RA40.
As for diffs, look at your firewall, it should give you your diff code. Most likely a T-series diff which isn't really strong enough for a 1G-GTE.
Do a search on these forums about F-series and G-series diffs.

It's just as likely to be a Borg Warner diff actually, in which case there will be no axle code on the built plate.

Some of the borg warner ones do have numbers ont he plate.. but they're in Hebrew (or something equally useless).
