They need that missing link sooo badly... that area around concord where the M4 comes to a stop is a nightmare around peak hour..

Even if it does go ahead, its a good 5 years away still.
I hate that stretch of road.. I try to avoid it by going on the surrounding side streets till I'm near the m4 start.
