Pleeze Help - Re-Attaching Trim Question

I finally took my "White Lightening" stickers off my new door (thank you SO much for everyone who gave suggestions for that. I used the hairdryer and an old blank CD as a scraper, and worked like magic!)
Now I am going to put some nice black trim on. Now I was going to use Sellys Contact Adhesive. But that stuff is such a one-way trip. Once it is on, it is on, and never off.
I noticed the strips that Toyota used were pretty cool. Rubbery, sticky, yet can be removed with relative ease.
Any suggestions as to what I should use? or can use? Is the contact adhesive ok? that is what they have at Repco for "door trim" anyway.
I want to get the trim back on asap.
Thanks guys

i definately would not use contact adhesive, like you said it will never come off again.
especially down the track if for some reason u wanna take it off, it wont happen without lots of scraping and damage.
just use some good quality double sided tape

Double sided tape, available from stationary stores 20mm and 40mm wide rolls. Basicaly thin plastic with glue on both sides.
Damn site better than the black foam stuff.

I wouldn't use normal double sided tape. Firstly is you use the thin stuff it won't stick to the somewhat less than flat surface of the trim piece. If you use the thicker stuff with the foam layer inbetween, the foam will degrade and fall abart.
Go to a auto parts supplier and get a roll of body tape. Shouldn't cost any more than a roll of double sided tape and then you are using the right stuff.
