yeah, they weren't chromed as a stock option, so any chromed ones have been done aftermarket, so the only way to get a good chrome one is to take it to your local chromer and get it redone

I did that already.... they said because it's plastic they can't do anything about it... they pointed me in the direction of a chrome artist who can chrome anything from birds to real crocks, and all that, but he didn't want to touch it because it had too many holes... Sad He siad he can't get into the tight spots with the electrodes so it'l come out looking worse than it did. He also told me that it looked like it was done factory, as they would have had to make whousands of them to make it come out as good as it did.

I've seen a semi chrome one before... I'm sure there wouldn't be much difference.
Anyways, thanx for ur help guys

How much did that set you back dude?
Whats the info on the guy that did it for you?
I looked at like 4 different chrome dealers and one indepentant, and they all told me the same thing... Sad
If they can do it, I've got shitloads more chroming to do on my exterior!

its called the bronzing studio its in castle hill, just behind the tavern, not sure on the address or phone number as im not from sydney, there is a guy on here whos mate works there tho not sure on his name.

it cost me about $250 for both my vents which i was abit jubious about but now ive got them im stoked, i cant foult them there pretty much perfect, couse u just cant find good ones anymore and even if you do there no where near as good as these came out.

the only thing tho, is yes it is expecive, but in my opinion well worth it Cool
