4agze in Gemini Wed, 24 September 2003 14:07 Go to next message
Hi all,

Just found this site, I was wondering if anyone knows wether
the 4agze or 20 valve would fit in a TF Gemini,
has anyone done this before I have already searched the gemini sites,
but since it is a toyota motor I thought I would try here.

cheers

Macca Smile

Hi
Have you considered an SR20DET or an FJ20ET?. There are quite a few quick Gems getting around with these powerplants. Otherwise the 4AGZE would be quite a good unique conversion in a Gem. Should be a nice sleeper when you are done. Smile

What turned u away from the piazza turbo conversion?
It seems to be pretty straightforward swap as far as mounts go. Apparently u dont have to alter the engine mounts as the piazza ones are identical to gemi ones??
Two different mates of mine have done this to their gems and they go hard. Modification could probably produce even more power.. but i guess they arent the most common engine..
